StarEngine is a software framework developed by a dedicated group of our programmers designed for creation of complicated web applications and portals using Ruby On Rails environment. It incorporates robust CMS system and modular architecture makes it easy to add new elements.
It's perfectly suited for custom web application development. Since its premiere in 2008 the framework is still being extended with new functionalities.
